Foreign Admission & Career Development Consultants Association of Bangladesh (FACD-CAB) is a professional organization that was established in 2005 with the Approval of the Commerce Ministry in Bangladesh. It is also an "A" class member of FBCCI (The Federation of Bangladesh of Chambers of Commerce & Industries) registered under RJSC. The organization was formed to tackle the problems faced by the Study Abroad Consultancy profession and to bring all firms offering foreign admission consultancy and career development services in Bangladesh under one umbrella. FACD-CAB's main objective is to ensure that students who are interested in studying abroad receive true and transparent information about their options. They do this by organizing annual fairs for their members to promote their businesses and raise awareness among students. In addition, the organization provides training and education to its members to ensure that they are well-equipped to provide the best services to their clients. The organization collaborates with world-ranked institutes on recruiting students, supports foreign colleges and universities to promote their services in Bangladesh, and organizes seminars and meetings with international institutes' delegates in Bangladesh. Overall, FACD-CAB plays a critical role in organizing and guiding study-abroad consultants in Bangladesh. Its goal is to ensure that both businesses and students benefit from its services while establishing guidelines for this type of business in cooperation with relevant government bodies.
